This project follows my ongoing attempt to grow food in a well-made Costco greenhouse in USDA Zone 6b — where winters dip below zero, spring is unpredictable, and timing matters.
The structure is solid and thoughtfully designed, but what happens inside it is still an experiment. I’m learning by planting, adjusting, and paying attention to what survives the cold snaps and sudden heat.
Some crops thrive. Some struggle. Every season adds another layer of understanding about what works — and what doesn’t — in a four-season climate.
